Decided the truck is going to be parked for a couple weeks pending the purchase and install of a new plenum. Old girl burns too much of my money to support driving it till I get the plenum parts.
That is a just one of those crappy dealios. Darn cool to cut shiz off and say.... I WON biznitch!
Should have done that right at plenum fix!!
It didn't give reason to think it needed to be changed until after, but you are right. Anyone planning on doing a plenum fix anytime soon go to the dealer and order a PCV valve and hose, like $13 all together.

I have the opposite problem. Got the Hughes plate in the mail today but the rest of what I am waiting for to do at the same time is still in shipping and doing part of the job is not an option for my DD. Then again I still swear my original plenum gasket is still holding pretty tough so I am not in that bad a hurry to get around to it.
Pulled rear brakes off to replace and decided to replace wheel cylinders also. So cleaned up around hub and left for tomorrow. Did a little sanding on filler on welds on fender from last night.
Only problem now will be bleeding brakes before I can roll it out to wash to get ready to paint...can't have wifehelp as she is out of town for weekend......so since I am a standstill for tonight, it is Mavericks game turned up loud, and COLD beer! (Dallas up 92-69 over Milwaukee!)
