Got my electric fan in and running. And holy crap, this thing moves some air! A bit more wiring work (routing and wrapping) is still required, and I will try to knock that out this weekend, but at least I am no longer in danger of overheating at stoplights!
Yes, it is suspended in the stock shroud with zip ties. Until I can make a better (low profile) shroud out of sheet metal, it will stay this way.

I recharged my trucks ac system with two cans of freon, now im getting 45* temps on a 90* day!
I know its only gonna last like a month before it all empties out of the system, but at least ill be cool till I bring it to a mechanic to look for the leak

The evaporator core is most likely leaking. Next time you fill it. Use a can of r-134a with die. If you don't see anything, it's the core.
