Received my e-fan kit today and started sanding edges and welds to make it look more finished and prepare to paint.

Wow I'm pretty sure I just got over that same bug! I thought it was just some kind of flu, I couldn't even smoke a cigarette for like 2 days!

Trying to source a 14x3 air cleaner locally and having no luck. After installing the airgap the stock air box just isn't going to cut it, and I can't bring myself to spend the money on a cold air intake like the volant. On the same note picked up a intake system from a durango and darn if the trans dipstick isn't in the way.

The local AutoZone in my town sell's a Spectre and an Edelbrock. The Advanced Auto Part's sell's Edelbrock, not sure what store's you have around though...

I bought the Spectre 14x3, really like it.

Auto Zone here says they will have to order it. No longer keep it in stock. I have to give advance auto parts a call and see if they have one. If not I'll just order one.

That was actually a gravle road that turned to mud after three days of strait rain. That was up by Ithica, NE. I hear ya man, only min. maint. roads and the muddy day at the farm around here.
