also finished up my tailgate. removed the old hinges, and cleaned up rust and other imperfections on the tailgate. then i prepped, and painted the new hinges, that i bought of 2x1972. got it all put back together.
aside from the linkage needing some lubrication, it works like a brand new tailgate!!

eh, bought, gave.....still exchanged money haha!
too bad my truck is parked for 2 months. im tired of getting uninspection tickets.
so its parked til august or until i can scrape up enough money to get it registered and inspected..... only thing i hate about NH is the damn inspection!

Inspections are stupid. I am ripping my inspection sticker off my truck the second I leave this place, even though I will leave it LA registered until the tags expire before registering in WA.

kinda glad i have a neighbor that owns a service station that does inspections. he lets things slide, that would normally fail for someone else.
like my doors for instance, hahahahaha i need to get new panels welded on ASAP! lol

they use to do that in Ontario but stopped at 88 so anything 88 and new requires you to do emission testing on but there is ways around that. stick a motor in it that was not an option from the factory and it can go through emissions as a hotrod which is pretty much impossible to fail.
