I have a t-case saver installed. That was not the problem. I think with the two bad u-joints in the front end combined with my full-time locked CAD, my daily freeway commute vibrated it to death. It split in two vertically. I think the mainshaft, range planetary, and everything else over there is okay, even re-usable. I will know for sure when i tear it apart. Maybe this weekend, maybe not though.

It just now hit 30 here. I'm just above 6300' in elevation on the Western Slope of the Colorado Rockies.

I wasn't suggesting that you didn't have one -- I was just pointing out to Jigabop that the easiest way to splatter a case is to be without one. I figured you probably worked quite a bit harder at it than that.

Not working on Ram today....I'm changing plugs on wife's 2007 SOnata V6.......Would rather be doing the plenum on a Ram. Who the heck ever heard of having to pull the intake to change plugs! POS! (if they didn't already have 160,000 miles, I would leave them!)
