What Did You Do To Your 2ND GEN RAM Today?
Yep. We got a couple inches or so of snow. The roads are nice, though, because it's still early enough in the season that the asphalt isn't icing. Heck, we were several hours into the storm before the snow even stuck to the roads.
I'm lovin' that new heater core!

Snow??? d@mn it's above 80 here today....
I have a t-case saver installed. That was not the problem. I think with the two bad u-joints in the front end combined with my full-time locked CAD, my daily freeway commute vibrated it to death. It split in two vertically. I think the mainshaft, range planetary, and everything else over there is okay, even re-usable. I will know for sure when i tear it apart. Maybe this weekend, maybe not though.
It just now hit 30 here. I'm just above 6300' in elevation on the Western Slope of the Colorado Rockies.
I wasn't suggesting that you didn't have one -- I was just pointing out to Jigabop that the easiest way to splatter a case is to be without one. I figured you probably worked quite a bit harder at it than that.

At the risk of posting a noob question and the wrath of VW....oh wth...what is a transfer case saver? Link me to the thread please...my POS work computer is slower than dialup and I can't wait for the search to load....
Not working on Ram today....I'm changing plugs on wife's 2007 SOnata V6.......Would rather be doing the plenum on a Ram. Who the heck ever heard of having to pull the intake to change plugs! POS! (if they didn't already have 160,000 miles, I would leave them!)
