I drove it to work this weekend. Let my friends listen to the exhaust and take a ride along. They like it. Running 75mph down the interstate, turning 2200rpm, you can barely tell I changed it. Yes.

I think my cat may be trying to dislodge itself though...it has to hang on a little longer till I get more money.

Drove it to Salmonarm, mailed off a beater laptop for HeyYou (sorry for the delay) to mess with.

Picked up my Skyjacker D70 (7" lift) coil springs and rear u bolts. I am switching from the 91/4 square style to round style u bolts, moves the nuts to the top of the leafs instead of the bottom of the axle were they get hung up on things. The rest of the rear parts should be here by the end of the week.

I adjusted the aim of my headlights, and ordered the Hughes plenum kit.

Brother in law called yesterday (the one I got the Ram from last year) and was broken down. Hooked up car dolly to go get him but tire was bad, so had to tow him with a strap. His alternator wa bad so we had to drive to Abilene (60 miles) at 10 last night. First time he has been in Ram since I rebuilt it. He REALLY kikes the truck! Wanted to buy it back. Priced it at 10K to him. Got the WTF look. I told him I work slow, but I don't work cheap!

He also needs IAC for his Mazda. Cheapest one we found was $264! Crazy shat! Parts on that darn 626 are higher than Ram parts!

Truck running great. Mileage still holding at over 14.5.

can't you just clean them? i know my mom was in the same boat with her 2000 Honda civic. i spent about a hour tearing it apart and cleaning it and it solved the problems she was having for the price of a can of brake cleaner.

Tried cleaning it. It is a little better, but still not right. Cost me $154 for an alternator for him (ought to be claiming him as a dependent...). Thing has a coolant line running to it and it was crammed full of crap. He is looking in JY to see if he can find another.
