Had a lot of fun playing in the 12"s of snow we had overnight! Supposed to get a bit more tomorrow, then rain in the next few days, not looking forward to that though. Travelling for X-Mas on a snowy and rainy highway will not be fun

Cleaned the battery terminals, and put them back on with some contact grease... Even though tight, I was having an intermittent no start (power) issue.

Put a new steering wheel cover on also... the old one was split and tatty looking.

Wired up a new toggle switch and a flashing L.E.D. to the toggle for the backup lights.

now if I forget to turn off my backup lights that lil red light will be flashing at me saying: "Hey dummy! turn off your backup lights!"

also finally got around to changing the bulbs out in my boost gauges. replaced the original bulbs with green L.E.D. bulbs, so now the gauges are green like everything else instead of white.

Well, got the pan off Saturday, pump pickup was packed nicely with rag shreds.... Cleaned that out, now, just trying to get the motivation to put it back together.

That stock pick up is so stupid. I put the aftermarket one that comes with a new oil pump on. It's much better

Took the 98 to the car wash and blasted off about 12lbs of winter mud from fenders, (left them the mud). K.

Inspected the pulley system, since I had a quiet squeak for the past few days that's progressing. Water pump bearings are gone, so I will be replacing that, hopefully soonish, if the weather and my wallet permits lol. But on the bright side, I'm not losing any coolant, yet.

Picked up a used riding lawn mower today with the Ram. Going to soup it up so that it goes about 40-50mph and use it as an offroad vehicle, all purpose vehicle, or my backup vehicle if the Ram is down.

Didn't actually do anything other than check the oil, but did get a compliment on my truck a couple of days ago at the store. Guy likes my truck.
He appeared sober too!!
