What Did You Do To Your 2ND GEN RAM Today?

Why would you expect to hear from them? Honestly, you should only be talking with your own insurance. You pay them to work the claim out with the at fault. Was there a police report done? Or you have that same thing where no police show up when no bodily injury?
Then after getting contacted by your own insurance...which will be the lowest ball offer ever...you bust them over the head to justify for more.
This is a great approach.
Good luck Wombat. We're sure you gotz it covered. Seriously, it's not that hard to miss a talk big **** black bumper coming right at your head. oops, wait.

have you hit up a couple different body shops for quotes? you may want to do that before touching anything. you may even want to call your insurance company and ask them if they have a preferred body shop. this way you can get the maximum amount of cash. i know my dad got enough money from the insurance company to repair stuff that was damaged before his accident but he left the damage until after he got a couple of quote. then we fixed things up.
This is a great approach.

Police came and sent the report through to both companies. I only carry liability, so my insurance don't give a fawk whether I get a settlement or not. I have not touched the truck since the wreck. Drove it home, and parked it. I plan to get my quotes from dealers and such so that it is high. All that to say, I think I will call my company tomorrow to see what's up.

Looking at the truck I am working on it evidently has been through some sort of a wreck before it came here. It's been repaired, but ample evidence is left behind... It had to have been enough of a wreck to blow the airbag cause it isn't the original steering wheel/airbag. But no salvage title...

I would take it to Vic's Renton frame and wheel alignment (in the Renton highlands off of sunset) and see what they say about the frame. They do good work, but I wouldn't really get a price quote for the insurance from them as they are a very reasonably priced shop. They did the alignment on my truck for $25!! We have a business though so they gave us commercial discount, but their normal price is $40. waaay cheaper than les schwab that will charge you like 90-100 for an alignment.
they do frame work too though and should be able to tell you if its worth fixin or not.

My bumper was using brackets from a stock bumper, so it was pushed in pretty bad. The entire impact was focused on the one corner for my truck, but for the other guy the impact was spread over the fender and both doors, so it looks worse for me. It's kind of embarrassing haha, but if I had the 1/4" plate steel brackets I used to mount that bumper to my power wagon, or something similar, it wouldn't have budged. Without further ado...

yep. they do it old school style too with string lines and measurements.
I've also seen reviews on yelp where people have taken their cars to les schwab and got the alignment there (IR/laser alignment) and come back because their car is still pulling to one side or the other, les schwab adjusts again, still pulling..take it to vics as a last resort, first time vics touches it car tracks perfect since.
They don't charge much, but they don't have to since they are a frame and alignment specialist shop. its all they do.
since they aligned my truck, it tracks straight, steering wheel is dead center, and uneven tire wear has stopped. its also a small business, they are not a chain business or anything, they guy you work with is usually the owner.

Wombat, sucks to see your truck get so messed up.
You can fix it.
Found a partially busted rubber vacuum line connector thing....between two plastic lines. Apparently it goes to the evap purge duty cycle thingamabob. Put liquid tape on it, can't be bothered to go to the parts store right now.
