hes moving back to the house and property that was given to him up north...again...
he already moved up there and moved back down once this year...this is round two of moving back up again (his wife was homesick and wanted to move back in with her parents...)

you staying up north this time stewie or are you finally gonna sign that house over to me? zman and I will gladly take it off your hands...

If he mentions moving again I will drive down there and steal his truck....

He could definitely justify buying tow mirrors and leaving them extended.
