Works too. I pulled just enough out of it to make it smoother and more responsive.

lol. thanks. i guess only so many parts can be interchangeable between a 93 and 2nd gen rams. i thought they would have been similar since the one in my 91 was also different.

Well, I'd hazard a guess any pedal for a 92-93 Dodge pickup would work.
If you can find one.

i may just fix it. i just almost need a press to push the pin in. i guess last time i was not able to hammer it in far enough.

Why not drill it out a little bit and install a nut and bolt instead?

there was a nut and bolt holding it on without the spring when i first got it and it felt funny. the pin it meant to be snug so it does not work its way out. i just have to push it in farther this time than i did last time and hopefully it will last for more than 6 months.

What about some sort of adhesive to help hold it in?

He didnt say tape, just adhesive. Maybe some jb weld
