Cut my teeth on big block Mopars. Still have a few laying around even. I would love to drop a 440 into my 01 someday

See if you guys can help me..

I'm getting a squeaking noise near the front just randomly when I'm driving, but mostly turning left? U joints? Shocks?

I just replaced my shocks and been spraying where they mount up with wd40 but I'm not sure what it could be. I figured if it was the shocks it might just be them rubber pieces rubbing and making the noise, but guess it isn't.

Make sure the shocks are tight. Could be power steering pump is low on fluid too. Check it, if low add the same fluid to it as you use in your transmission, whatever that might be.

Edit: Also check the serp belt, make sure it's tight.

Same here, it's my understanding that Dodge power steering pumps wont last with ATF.

WD-40 is a water displacement product its not a lubricant at all, you're wasting product and time. Get under the truck with a grease gun and hit up all the grease zerks. As others have posted tq all the nuts and bolts under the truck also look for worn out parts when under there. Check out your unit bearings sounds like one might be dieing.

My truck has had ATF+4 in it for power steering fluid from day one and its still working just fine, 17 years on the same pump pretty good if you ask me.

Actually, WD-40 is nothing more than kerosene with other ingredients tossed into the mix.
