I've smoked out a bicycle or two...only because they were riding in the middle of the f'ing road holding up traffic and not on the PAVED shoulder of the road where they belong. So they were flipping off cars honking at them to get out of the damn road...

So they got the pipe...
and when my truck smokes, it's not ***** small amounts of smoke like that bicycle video; it's serious thick clouds of smoke that you absolutely can't see through.

 

That reminds me of my dad's old '81 Dodge, that truck was awesome. He bought it for $500 from a guy at work who crashed it into a wall while drunk. The only way to to get in was to push the window down with your hands and unlock it from the inside. We eventually sold it to our neighbor for $800, I miss it so much.
