I live on a paved road, in a city neighborhood, with concrete curbs, city water, city trash pickup, sewage, etc etc.
What is your argument now?
I live on a graveled country two lane road that really only has one lane, in a very rough country neighbourhood, rural water, transfer station, septic system, etc etc.
I'd be pulling the jet and needle to make sure they're not clogged. Make sure there are no other screens or anything in the carb that might be clogged up.
You're gonna have to school me on carbs, or point to a good link with a how to.....

That's my argument
You live in the country, so of course you're going to have more than 2 driveways. lmao

I know how to get the bowl off, that's about it.
Hmm. dunno if I can do that. I have learned carbs working on my gas bike. Google will always be your friend.
i would just take the float bowl off and see if the needle is moving nicely. if it is moving good with the float bowl off gas will come pissing out of the needle area. this is why i run premium gas in my lawn mower. the ethanol causes the needle to stick if the lawn mower sits too long without running.
So I took off the carb, and I couldn't hardly blow any air through the carb, took the air compressor and blew it out, and noticed that after the float had a lot more resistance, and also a clicking noise when the float is moved up or down.
Video:
Is the needle you're referring to the one underneath the float? Before I blew it out it was stuck, now it's got movement with the float.
That piece in the middle is off center, but doesn't move, don't know if it's supposed to or not....
