I know how to get the bowl off, that's about it.
Hmm. dunno if I can do that. I have learned carbs working on my gas bike. Google will always be your friend.
i would just take the float bowl off and see if the needle is moving nicely. if it is moving good with the float bowl off gas will come pissing out of the needle area. this is why i run premium gas in my lawn mower. the ethanol causes the needle to stick if the lawn mower sits too long without running.
Yeah, but in the one picture it looks crooked.
Make sure the float is pushing and opening the needle when it should be. Rather than having the needle stick closed.

So I took off the carb, and I couldn't hardly blow any air through the carb, took the air compressor and blew it out, and noticed that after the float had a lot more resistance, and also a clicking noise when the float is moved up or down.

Is the needle you're referring to the one underneath the float? Before I blew it out it was stuck, now it's got movement with the float.
That piece in the middle is off center, but doesn't move, don't know if it's supposed to or not....
