You live in the middle of nowhere, I don't see why it costs that much up there unless it costs more to transport it than it does to store it.

Our little town is at $1.38L for reg and $1.59L for 91 and its going up. 3.78L in a US gallon.

Holy are you kidding?! Where I am its 1.17 a liter for reg and 1.29 a liter for 91. Of course going up! Im about 2 hrs north east of toronto.

No I am not, two years ago we were at $1.56L for reg. I would like to see $1.17 again be nice. BC = Bring cash lol. People from AB just die/freak when they get gas here lol.

I don't understand how the price can very so much? Especially when the oil is right next door to you....

No spin off here from that province as for gas prices go, we like their tourist cash though. If I lived closer to AB I would go there and get drums filled and bring it back. Gas is cheaper in other parts of BC but Sicamous is a money hungry little place.

Alberta and Saskatchewan are oil patch provinces. Oil sands in AB is a big deal.

Nope. Well I'm sure they play some part, but Alberta n Saskatchewan are huge oil provinces as Merc said.

Those 2 provinces have more work then the rest of the country, I'm sure of it. We lose lots of people out my town to them every year for work purposes, is BC the same?
