I do have to say though of all the second gens in my area its by far the one with the least amount of rust... Most have mass holes above the wheel wells and on the fenders.

Pretty dry tho, my truck made dust pulling into my spot.

It had the wrong injectors, guaranteed. Detroits are EXTREMELY picky about the injectors, if it had the wrong injectors it'd act just like you described.
