LOL

Maybe the door on the 76 that has rust holes came from Florida.

At least its on inside. And just a few seconds ago I broke my laptop screen, half of it is white with rainbow streaks. Guess I'll have to look at Black Friday sales.

Florida certainly has a humid atmosphere (most of the year) that would promote rust, but I don't think it compares to the few months of high salt spray up north.

My truck did the first 4 yrs in Detroit and PA before coming to Florida... Other than the typical light surface rust on exposed items, I don't have any rust that is of concern (no panel rust).
The kicker is, it has rarely been washed... maybe twice a year up north, and maybe four times in the last 11 years (all that Florida rain diluting the dirt).

Well I'm missing a little piece of striping that lets the water in and it sits at the bottom of the door until I open it. I have no rust of concern either except my tailgate is rusted to ****, but it wasn't original anyway. My problem is that I live maybe 80 yards from the Gulf and I recently got my job back at the Marina so saltwater is an everyday thing. But I wash my truck every 2 weeks.
