I gave up watching broadcast television about three years ago. I do not miss it. Any shows I wanna keep up on are available on the web, commercial free.
chebby has had V8 dually trucks forever...
they just put big block v8's in them.
the old school chebby trucks ran the 454 (7.4L) and the newer ones around early 2000's ran the 496 (8.1L)
I do agree that I don't see the point in running a small block V8 in a 3500 dually. be a little underpowered for the payload/towing capacity of a dually.
big block v8, V10, or diesel should be the only engines that go in a HD truck. A small block v8 has no place in a HD truck. light duty like a 2500 standard duty or a 1500, fine. but a 2500HD or 3500HD erm NO!
