That head unit is part of the Infinity system, I have the same deck from/out of my truck.
That looks exactly like the radio that came in our '98 LHS. My brother in law in Tennessee has one in his Caravan too. My wife's dad bought the LHS new and called it his Cadillac. He did end up being diagnosed with Alzheimer's but mostly he was just plain stupid.
We got the car after he died. The stereo in it quit working right shortly before he died but I didn't care much. Once we got it my wife was pretty much the only one who drove it, it wasn't until my daughter got her permit and started driving that the issue of the radio not having 'good' bass came up.
I pulled the radio out but could find nothing particularly wrong with it. I went on line and found that there was a separate amp under the window deck you can only get to through the trunk. There was a fuse in it blown,... replacing that one fuse was almost like installing a "system" as the bangers around here call the stereo they put in their POS mobiles.
Many times their system is worth more than the car they install it in.
And sound like crap to my ears. Its not that I don't like decent bass myself and sometimes tend to play my music a tad on the loud side. But,... when you turn it up and parts fall off your car and other parts vibrate and buzz,... its just not good at all.
Hey, who knows the height of the stock 1500 front springs? I'm going to look at some skyjacker 6 inch coils later and wanted to have the measurements so I'm not getting screwed.
