Yep, rust sucks! I got the truck for free from my uncle, and I think I'm going to sell it for something that might actually last awhile with out rusting in half
2100lbs this load. The pan was bolted to that body with only one bolt and it held all the way from the trailer to the top of the scrap heap. That's a 1957 Ghia rear clip and a jacked up 1950's Beetle convertible in there. Chucked some Ghia seat springs/frames, Beetle decklids, Beetle and Ghia doors, and misc parts.
