It's all good. I had a dealers license a number of years ago. But it seems they cannot trace recortds that have been shipped to them... luckily, I always keep copies!
That is funny! I got a call this week from the ATF tracing center in West VA. Looking for info on a handgun I sold in 2001. A couple of weeks ago I celaned out my garage and put a ton of stuff in storage.....now I goot go out to that storage building and find it.....darn...
I had the ATF show up at my house about a year ago. Got home and there was a business card in the mailbox saying "please call me" on the back. Well, nerves were flyin cuz I had no idea what was goin on. Not to mention it took about 3 days to get ahold of him. Come to find out it was about a Glock that was stolen from me about five years ago. It was recovered in Guatemala, traced to the US, then to me because I bought it new. Basically they came asking questions. Too bad I was/am unable to get it back though. He said if there was an "ATF office" there he could, but since not he cant.
