The local telco is putting in a pad to provide internet access right here in my area. The pad is less than 10 feet from my property line, and is going to be able to deliver 50Mb/s internet via FIBER!!!!! Supposed to be ready in the next month or so. Hopefully, before all the leaves coming out on the trees block my internet connection.

We maybe 1 mile down the road from the last house that can get DSL....
I'm 2000 feet from where I can get ADSL and they refuse to put in a amplifier even though their regional engineer says it would work just fine... Instead big boss in the company wanted me to pay $8000 to have a repeater station put in!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I went satellite and it is waaaay faster than any ADSL around here anyways...

Cable internet.

Got the truck back from the shop.
I told them to fill the coolant, they didn't do it. Bull **** it's in spec.
They didn't latch down the air filter box and they left a huge glob of grease on both lower control arms. So damn pissed right now.

We might be replacing the shop we've used for 10+ years.

i fired up my lawn mower and cut the grass for the first time this year. lawn mower fired up on the second pull. i think the premium gas that was put in it at the end of last year saved me from having to take the float bowl off and get the needle unstuck. ran strong a usual. didn't even have to put it in high speed to cut the thicker section of grass.
