I've seen one with a front engine v8. Front end was stretched and roof chopped. I think it may have been one of Jesse james rides.

Then he shoved a 427 in it. And Shelby Cobras aren't exactly huge...

A/C sold the car with a 6 cylinder. Shelby took it and started swapping in 260 fords, then 289's, then moved on to 427's.

Huh, seems about right. Though I thought he started with the 289. Either way, it was awesome.
