Have Verizon? If so, the Feds will have your records. They say they're not monitoring any calls and whatnot, but still an invasion of (my) privacy non the less. Complete BULLSH1T!!

Tightened the nut on the cassette side of my rear wheel earlier. No more wobble.
Adjusted the front brake and cleaned the rear pads as well. Stops better now too.
