I used one can of sea foam 3 times which is actually what the instructions tell you to do. I also kept the truck running the whole time, kept the rpm's low, and shut it off for 5 mins after I added the dose. The first time almost nothing happened but the second and third time I noticed a big difference. I would also suggest using the mopar engine cleaner afterwards.

95ram360 did you notice that the mopar cleaner did not burn? Mine ran out through the exhaust and was dripping out through a little hole down there. The truck only smoked a little bit also.

I have seen some negative posts regarding Hughes customer service. The most recent being on that someone purchased an air-gap that had a casting defect and was told to go get it welded. I know there are two sides to ever story, but that sounded kind of poor that when someone spends a fair amount of cash on a product and it isn't perfect that the vendor doesn't offer a replacement and free shipping. I have seen a few other posts like that. I remember a guy who bought a plenum plate that was warped and had a hassle getting a flat one. Things like that keep me from spending money with places that I can't just drive over and have a face to face chat when things aren't right. I don't think I can spend money at places that don't stand behind their products. This might be different since you are now posting here.

I think it all comes down to quality control and customer service...

there was no smoke for about 2-3 minutes, then there was a little sputter, and i got somewhat thick white smoke for about 15 seconds but thats it....but i think that was because my cat is getting pretty clogged.....i need to gut the thing soon. thank god i have a 95 and dont have emissions bullsh!t

The OBD I has EGR but no second O2 sensor. The EGR can be removed with no ill effects. I don't even have a check engine light.

Can we get a discount on the Air Gap. $600.00 is a bit steep for a High School Student
