Update:

Charged the battery and swapped out the Starter, easier than I thought. Started on first click, which made me happy. Got the test meter out, 14v on the battery terminals, 14v on the alt, looks to be good.

Went for a test ride, everything worked out well. I put about $35 of gas in and went running around for the day. Never had a problem once, ended up doing about 80 miles of running around today, no problems at all.

Things I did notice:

1 Breaks finally bed in and now they work 100% better
2 Time to change my rotors, apparently 1 is warped, I was going to do it anyway when I did bearings.
3 Definately need to do all the bushings and get a wheel alignment.

Over all, Im pretty happy.

Wow! Were those torqued too tight? Or, did you overload your truck?

Nope, and its the front not the rear. It just got too hot I guess. I knew the bearing was squeaking but it wasnt when that was going on.

LoL Exactly, funny thing is, the truck is way cheaper to get stuff for.

I figure it will cost me about $150 per side, which would only cover 1 side on my Subaru.
