It would be great to get a picture of the front suspension where the top of the coil spring meets the mount thats welded to the frame.
Several lift makers offer dual shock mount kits.

can you buy just the blocks or do you have to get some type of it kit?

Before you spend money on blocks, compare prices with AAL's, and re-arched springs.

Thats a 3 inch spacer for sure...

Be difficult to guess the maker though. Several companies offered very similar designs back in the day. If a magnet doesn't stick to it, it's an aluminum spacer, and I would google that to see what comes up. I don't believe many companies offered coil spacers in alunminum.
Rancho, Fabtech, Pro Comp and BDS(?), and possibly others all offered dual shock bracketry. Old school Rancho is almost always red.
