The axle and transmission vent tubes are on the passenger fender right behind the shock tower. If you want to see where they hook up then follow them down to the transmission and the axle. You can see the one on the axle just by looking at the CAD unit. I'm not sure where the transmission vent hooks up.

ill have to take a look. so when you say extend them.. is there a preferred place to extend them to?

As high as you can get them. You do NOT want them someplace where they might suck water, or anything else for that matter. Routing them up into the cowl, where the air intake for the heater is wouldn't be a bad place.

Get a bunch of hose, and run it up to the same spot. On my old blazer, I ran the tubes from the rear axle, t-case, trans, and front axle to a 'junction block' type of deal, and then ran a single hose, with the funny little cap on it, up into the protected area of the cowl. I could go thru some pretty deep water (lapping up onto the hood....) with no worries.
