Quad Cab
So when I bought my truck I was single with no kids. I thought extended cab would be perfect. Well fast forward 10 years now I am married and have 3 kids. Space is a little tight in there. I have thought about getting a new one with a quad or mega cab but I am rather attached to my truck. So I had someone photo shop this for me. What do you think? I know it would be pricey but cheaper than a new truck. Not to mention the unique factor.

I think that looks awesome... its somthing that I wished they did to the 2nd gen trucks.... if you could pull it off it would really be cool... and if you could do the work yourself than it would beat going to buy a newer 2500..
I've seen 2 or 3 of those. Theres a place somewhere in Colorado that custom builds them. I've even seen one that had two cabs behind the front seats. I read about this place, said they get a lot of requests from farmers that have diesel trucks to tow stuff but need the extra room to take their big farm families along with them. See if you can google up some info. I bet it would cost nearly as much as a new truck. Wonder how hard it would be to get insured too since it is custom.
I have seen those too. Typically those are the 6 door customs that require a bunch of frame stretching and what not. My idea is a little less out there. The new mega cabs are made by putting a short bed on a long bed frame and using the extra space to add on the cab. So if I found a long bed frame and put my body on it, with mine already being the extended cab they would only have to add a foot or so on to the cab and add doors. I know I over simplified that but I think that would be about the jist of it.

What about buying a new or slightly used 2011 or 2010 Ram? Doesnt this just get your blood flowing?
You know you want it...Because I sure as hell do.
