Default Custom RPB Grill

So I see the RPG Grills all over the place but they arent offered for our truck. Decided to make one myself. Need to fiberglass the sides so the holes dont show. I've ordered a different grill so I shouldnt have to glass anything after that. i'm still not in the final stages of having one completely done up right but still I have a prototype made up. let me know what you think and would it be worth making more to sell?

Why yes, just like that.

Looks good. Fill in the gaps where the crossbars used to be, and it will be great.

By the way, the Dodge Crosshair Grill Police will be knocking on your door shortly.

thnx. yeah I know but I live in a town a 2000 people. very limited on what is supplied here. I will be doing a totally new one that doesnt require filling in the gaps on the sides. I'm also ordering a new mesh which is the woven stainless steel.

I like that. My grille is busted on the side from a buzzard so that project would be doable. What materials did you use?

Thnx, much appreciated! I was thinking of starting to sell them on ebay but the cost of making one isnt cheap. the grill alone would cost me $90. then the bolts and metal. to sell I would have to ask atleast 3 bills to make a profit .

the new one that i'm making looks way better and doesnt have any gaps in it! plus getting rid of the cheap mesh and going with a woven mesh
