i think we're onto something here. Have a certified mechanic inspect the bumpers.

if the plastic is just discolored, then that's not the problem.

but if the plastic is discoloured, then it indicates its a Canadian Metric truck, and those won't run in the US. You could try towing it to Canada or England or Australia and see if it will run there.

If this doesn't fix it, I think we should contact Neon and see if he has any ideas. He was a real expert on analyzing problems.

Ok I know the problem first you have to put a grille emblem back on the truck....these dodges are very emotional.

try giving the truck a good blow job and buy some totally necessary parts like a lift kit and chrome rims.
