Help - My Truck Won't Run
he can't take it to the junkyard since it won't run.
if he ever does get it running, he won't need to take it to the junkyard.
my my, what a dilemma.
i think i'll stick one of those funny pictures on here. maybe that'll help it run.
hey i have an idea. have you tried putting a cooler full of beer in the back. that usually attracts friends and if they can't fix your truck they can at least give you a ride.

VW,
Any progress on this?
I am having a similar no-run issue, and I was wondering if you ever found the fix. I am 100% certain whatever led your truck to not run is exactly my problem and the fix you found is sure to get my truck up and running.

Thanks but not. It seems a lot of people on this forum are stupid jerks who can't add helpful advice but make stupid comments. I love my truck and don't understand why someone can't just find the information I need and post it for me.
Sorry VW, I tried to use my uber psychic powers to diagnose you truck over the web... I stared at the pic for hours, but, Just couldn't come up with anything. I think part of the problem is, you gave us too much information. You shouldn't have told us it was a truck, and most certainly NOT what color it is. I don't remember if you mentioned power windows or not......
Dont know if this will help, but my grandfather used to have a car that to start it the heater and radio had to be on and as you tured the key you had to hit the wiper switch. No joke, true story. On a side note, if you dont have enough wiper grease or beer cans in the headlight motors it will cause a no start condition. Try using a metric cressent wrench to tighten the windshield bolts. A standard cresent wrench wont fit. If that doesnt get it to start, well then, i dont know. Maybe pull the tranny by removing the right rear rim (but NOT the tire) to check the battery.
