it has a new engine coolant temp sensor. it has two oxygens sensors and i had a friend of mine hook the truck to a snap on sanner and he said the o2 volt was switching back and forth like they should. if u unplug the mass air flow sensor when the truck is ruuning it dosent run any different. i always thought that the truck wouldnt idle if u unpluggied it? any suggetions would be nice.

Try a MAF from a JY. And did you check/replace the IAT/ Air Charge sensor?

You need a multimeter and a Haynes manual. The manual tells you how to check a lot of the sensors. This way you are not buying parts for nothing.
