Tune up and fix the plenum.
Read the sticky regarding the plenum at the top of the page.
After that, high flow cat and an SCT tuner.
Which BTW, what year is the truck?
Fill out your sig that way we know this stuff!!

How many miles on it? Do anything to it yet?

Fix the plenum......
Cap/Rotor/wires/plugs/pcv valve. (valve from the dealer please, makes sure you have the correct flow rate.)
Timing chain and gears.
Y-pipe, and free flowing cat
Headers?
Pre-cat O2 sensor.
SCT Tuner, depending on what year your truck is.

Not cheap, but fix the plenum, replace the cat and o2, and have 4:10 gears installed.

+1 on the y-pipe. after the plenum repair you can go for headers, 50 or 52 mm throttle body, and gears. gears wont give you any more power, but they will help you truck get the power it has to the pavement better
