to be honest my favor meal that i ate like 3 times when i was living with my rooms mates for like 2 years lol
was top ramon chicken or beef we get a big pot and put about 6 packs in it crack 4-6 eggs in it and add some hot dogs
and then we'd cook mac and chesse and once everything was done we'd mix everything together and it may sounds gross or odd but its so good and filling lol

boy scout casserole - 1 lb ground beef, 2-3 potatoes cubed up, 2-3 carrots sliced, 1 onion, salt, pepper in a baking dish, cover tightly with tin-foil, bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes. serve with loaf bread.
chopped up cooked sausage, mixed in with scrambled eggs. add cheese if you like it. toast and jelly.
oatmeal. if you like variety, add in any or all of these - chopped up sausage, banana, cheese, honey, a little cinnamon.
pot pies baked in oven, served over rice. for extra sauce add some cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup.
anything in the crockpot. add cream of chicken soup and onions.
the cheapest cuts of meat are boston-butt (pork shoulder); chicken thighs or legs; round steak, beef or pork roast or deer steak. at the grocery store look in the marked down/expiring date section for cheap prices. expiring beef or pork is ok, chicken might not be - smell it to check.
