Default Started Body Repair

Well Gentlemen , I have decided to tackle the body on my old truck , been almost 5 years since the last paint job and it has taken a beating , started removing lights and wheel tubs and found out that it was a little worse than originally thought . Got new front fenders and rocker panels and my new rear bumper is almost complete . Originally I was going to have the entire truck sprayed with Line-X but the local guy here wants way too much money to do it , so i'm gonna go a different route . Here are some pics of her getting ready for surgery .

I will post some more pics once I get the new fenders on and it's prepped for paint .

Agreed the two aren't even comparable. It'd be different if you owned a 4th gen. All the rear ends look the same now minus lights

Man I love my ram but still carry around the old for sell sign out of my 89 Nissan. Had a bad trans when I bought it. Put more than 100,000 miles on it and could still pull a car with just a little hesitation. Ok sorry so u staying with black on the fordram?

Gonna Stay Black for sure , might go with the same stripe on the side and on the hood , just a lot more metallic .

I don't like the big bumpers I've seen on DF, but I have to say, that one is pretty darn nice looking.
