Ram Body work
Thank you. This was a learning project so I know what I am doing when I start working on a couple project cars I have out back. Started out rebuilding transmission and then kegger mod (which I learned about here on DF) and have kept on working on even more than I had planned such as e-fans, HS rockers, then decided to redo interior. Was going to swap out VB for one I modified, byt radiator on my Yota blew out when I got back from a parts run! It's always something!
Thanks. It is pretty dirty right now...something about parking under live oak trees at work. But it is sooo hot during the day. I may take my camera with me on my next road trip and shoot a new sig pic while on the road. Gotta find a dramatic background!
But I may wait until I get bedliner sprayed in. It is so hot I have concerns that it will cure too fast. Don't know ----- hope someone with experience with that posts up.
I go to Austin on Thursday, then back home Friday, then Dallas on SUnday, Austin Monday then back to Dallas through Thursday, then back to Austin until Saturday. Kind of puts a kink in getting any work done!
I want to thank everyone that offered advice and/or encouragement during this project. There were times when I would get frustrated, tired, and wanted to give up, but all the help kept me going. Cost me more than I wanted...but kept me going. I am liking the way it is turning out. And there are three other trucks in town that are sporitng stripes. Mostly black in the center of the hood, and two of them are vinly......

Been travlening all over Texas for a week, and still have to go form Dallas to Austin and Houston before I get back home late Saturday. Took Ram on road trip (almost 2000 miles already). Runs great, looks good, but still drinks gas! Went from original 11 mpg to about 13.4, but still does not compare to Yota, so this is likely the last road trip I drive the Ram. Thankfully, travel costs are reimbursed thorugh agency. Still have not sprayed bed liner yet....just no time.
