It's a real bite in the backside, that's for sure. Cleaning the outside of the rear window when you've got a headache rack is worse. I bang up my wrists every time.

At least you don't have to be upside down, sideways and every other position in between.
Lol my boss bought one of those TV advertised handles that has a microfiber on one end that you use on the backside of the windshield. Works great and you can do itif barely sitting up from the seat
My wife has a 2012 civic coupe. The windshield on that is practically flat with 3 foot of dash before you get to the bottom. I haven't cleaned it and hope I don't have to. She's VERY picky so hopefully she'll either do it or pay to have it detailed. I'd be layed up for a few days if I had to bend in the required positions to clean it. That car is 75% glass/windows, used almost a whole bottle of rain-x on it, and 1.5 hours just on the outside.
I dread cleaning my windshield. It always looks good when I'm done, until the next time I drive when it's dark, and I always find a streak or a spot I missed, usually right in front of the driver's view.
It sucks even more when you go to ArmorAll your cracked dashboard, and the spray bottle sends ArmorAll all over your windshield, cuz it ain't made for glass, nor is it made to come OFF of glass.
