Kinda sucks, this summer I'm goin to New Mexico, spending the hottest part of the year in the south and the coldest in the north... :/
I spent 4 years in New Mexico. Worked in a long sleeve shirt with tie - they always asked why I did that when it was so hot. The few days it was high 90's to 100 degrees, with 9% humidity I would laugh at them. Try 98 nearly daily, and up to 105 with 75 to 80% humidity.
Most of NM is not that bad. I loved the weather there. And the green chilis.
I would buy them in a 50 pound burlap bag (september) and roast them on the grill and freeze them. I did not make it there this year to buy a couple of bags......darn...
we got a tiny bit of snow on the ground here. i ditched the mechanical fan for an electric fan. i think with the mechanical fan gone i will probably not need a winter front.
This last summer here in Shreveport it was hittin 105-115 with 98-100% humidity every day for about 2 months. I was working outside in full Air Force ABU camo's.....
