Ok, good to know, thank you 2x1972. What about the back spacing issue with the stock rims I have, can I get them to stock out a bit? If so do I need anything else to do so?

I guess the best option is AAL in the rear?

If you use spacers, I would suggest longer studs as well. Otherwise, you risk less thread engagement and therfore risk not being secure. Additional length would be based on thickness of spacer added to length of existing studs.

When you get wheel spacers they come with studs. No need to mess with the ones already present.

Other option to AAL is just a taller block.

How do those work? Do I need new hubs or anything like that? Are they as easy as they look?

How tall of a block can I go without ruining other things? I do hauling and towing from time to time.

If you are going with a set like these as Wh1t3NuKle stated, you are good. No need to change studs. I;ve never used anything more than 1".

I have the flares and don't like how far the wheels look in the wheel well. Bigger tires will help but don't have the 900 for them plus lift right now, thinking these might help hold me over till I get some cash together.

So looking at lifting this thing next, nothing crazy. Found this for the rear, AAL 1.5-2'' on Ebay. Any concerns?

Torn as far as what to do with the front. Not sure if I wanna do the 2500 gas coil springs/shocks or just a spacer... Ultimate goal is running 33's... MAYBE 34's on the stock rims or maybe snagging a set of the ORE 17s... Decisions...Decisions...

I have a set of Skyjacker 3" lower control arms and a set of 5" lift coil springs used real cheap, pm me if interested. There are two versions of add a leaf one is a short leaf and the other is the long leaf, I suggest you look for the long leaf kit as it will give a better ride over the short leaf.

Finally got around to installing the diesel manor trans line manifold and glowshift trans temp gauge last night. Picture time!

After much debating, I decided upon this spot. Easy to access in case things happen. Just didn't want to bend lines too bad near trans, lines were smashed together. This is not the ideal location but it will give me a reading before the cooler.
