Um yeah no there is no sort of database like this on a federal level. Now there is databases with casings used in crimes to match the same gun, but bullets work better. When ATF traces to an FFL they already have a serial number for the gun and have contacted the manufacture to see who they sold it to.

I also have my test fired casing, blazer aluminum from glock

just collect your brass and don't shoot full metal jackets.. shoot hunting loads or hollow points..good luck putting those back together to a traceable slug.

And 2nd Amendment was not written to allow citizens to fight our govenment. Gotta read the writing of founders - and see that it was a compromise to get a few southern states to sign on.
I also used to be an FFL. Still am a certified safety instructor.

To trace a shell casing they would still have to have a clue where to find the gun that fired it. Case in point - a fingerprint isn't any damn good if that print's owner isn't in the system.

Secondly, there is a codicil regarding the right to form militias. Even as recent as D.C. vs. Heller, it was ratified that in response to concerns raised during the ratification of the Constitution that the power of Congress to disarm individuals and/or state militias while creating a national standing army posed an intolerable threat to the sovereignty of the individual state and/or it's citizens...

I just can't believe what I am reading. How could anyone possibly think that telling the CORRUPT CRIMINALS in office who are trying to take away my right to carry that I have guns could be a good thing? Answer me this: Are legally registered gun owners going to commit criminal acts? Not likely. But there are so many firearms already in circulation that no one could EVER keep ANYONE from acquiring a weapon if they wanted to. So when all this bullsh!t legislation passes I refuse to be the one who has voluntarily put myself on the list of addresses to STEAL legally owned firearms from. I will continue to purchase my firearms with no paper trail, that's for damn sure.

Revolution against the US Gov? Where do I sign up???

Wrong. The US military is unconstitutional as it only provided for a Navy. The US government was supposed to, if necessary, form it's army from the state Militias (read State National Guard if you want to). The founders also realized that an armed society could deter the federal government from doing stupid ****.

Unfortunately, our society has grown compliant with what the feds want.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Seems to be pretty clear

Oh, I fully agree.
Everyone sits down on their asses these days, someone thinks everyone is behind them, then they turn around and everybody disappears.
