I know you could fit 37/12.50's on a 5.5" lift. Not sure about 37/13.50 especially with 5.74 BS, its a bit much so it might not fit... well it will at least rub the control arms.
I'd also look into upgrading the axles to dana 60s if you haven't already. Some people wreck the dana 44's (and sometimes the 9.25s) with tires over ~35"

Trust me you don't want to run 37's until you get 4.88 gears and Dana 60's. I break axle shafts just going down the highway. And my truck is a dog to get moving (and I have 3.92) gears. Also you won't be able to turn the steering wheel from lock to lock with out rubbing. You need no less than 6 to keep from hitting the wheel wells at full lock

agreed with everyone else. i have 33s on stock axles and have broke countless ujoints, an axle shaft, 4 wheel bearings, cross shaft for spider gears, pin to hold cross shaft, pinion gear.... although i do wheel my truck extremely hard... That being said d60s will run you around 500-1200 bucks for a set depending on location, miles, damage, truck it came off, seller..etc. install is fairly easy but you will need shorter driveshafts, a hybrid joint or different yokes for the driveshafts. rear axle you need to move spring perches in 1/4 on each side. (2.5 vs 3in)

If by 3/4 you mean 3/4 ton, that is what everyone else is talking about. My 3/4 ton has dana 60's front and rear.
