She caught fire...=( Burned up airfilter housing and few hoses/wires.. totally not driveable with the spool... acted worse than 4wd on dry pave even in 2wd... gunna say forget it and get somehting else. sorry guys.

no clue, started backfiring out throttle body ad caught the airfilter on fire..

aren't you a FIREMAN ? there's some irony here.

sorry about your truck. you had a lot of time and money in it.
have you got "comprehensive" insurance? that would pay.

did you put the spool in? tell us more. what'd it do, hop like a one legged rabbit?

its totaled so just liability.. idk if itd cover it its fixable though. as for the spool acts like its in 4wd and is nearly impossable to steer.. plus for some reason my new power steering pump or gear box is fried.. ive just had it i cant afford 200 a week in repairs. dunno what i am going to do. i added up all my stuff and i have over 10k in to this truck which obviously im not going to get back.. be lucky to get a grand...=/

If you live someplace where you can get away with it, or have a spot to keep it..... part it out. Recover some of the money. Or, sit on it, until you feel like, and can afford... to fix it.

live around no one.. no neighboors and i have lots of land so no biggy keeping it..

I would keep it if I were you and just part it out....would get much more then the little bit from insurance...
