No kidding real bad day at work friday and only got worse over the weekend. Karma is a bit** and she jumped up and bit me in the a$$

Well I got the turd back together wow is all I can say run nice and smooth more throttle response>But i do have to remove the intake again I guess I didnt silicone the corners well enough have a vac leak that is whistleing its **** off sounds like I have a small sc on it.

I'd just go around telling people it's got a sc....

You sure it's making the noise from that?(the intake manifold) Do you have the round gasket installed on top of the TB where the air intake seats? Also make sure the Oring is not damaged on the IAC and that it's not the IAC itself that's bad.

It whisltes with or without the air cleaner on if that is the round gsk your talking about and I am going to look at the iac and clean it tonight

I did notice that it starts to make the noise when the truck warms up on firrst ataart up it does not do it

maybe you cracked a vac tee or line with all that other bad karma. I hate when I have to track down a vac leak. Does it idle higher now then it did before? How about the vent door lines. After warm up would that be something with the throttle body.
