Ok so this is what i did. I pulled the tb looked into the intake nice new oil all over pan
(new billet plate) .So I was like WTf Pulled intake started to take out belly pan bolts all nice and tight except 2 in the back corner were the buzzing noise was coming from. I guess there were only a few threads in the holes bcuz it tightened up nice but I guess when it heat cycled it pulled the threads had to chase both holes. Now my guess as to the buzzing noise.Only happened when the truck was warm thinner oil or metal expansion it would suck oil through the gap causing the noise. No buzzing noise no more and the truck runs great now nice smooth idle accelerates nice. Thanks for all the help zman and others its nice to finally have this turd running right now I can start on performance....sct here I come

 

Too bad you had to pull it again, but, glad you got her fixed. You did use Loctite on the pan bolts right?

Whats funny is now there is another buzzing noise but this one is easy its the 1 month old evap canister purge valve buzzing its a$$ off gonna defect it out here in about an hour.
