Have been toying with the idea of going the e-fan route myself, just gotta do a FEW other things first. Lol. Was down in Knoxville a couple of weeks ago and was checking out my ex-fahther-in-law's truck which is a 2000 Dakota with the 3.9 in it. I was just checking a few things out for him and was climbing under it and realized that it had a mechanical fan AND an e-fan. Guess I've never really paid attention much but is that a common option? This one came on it from the factory. Was this an option on the Ram's?

 

Cherokees were the same way. I don't think 2nd gens ever had the option though.

i have the tcp fan shroud, though i bought mine and the fans(ff dynamics) from jasonw for 300 total, looks great, i just need a new(or used) radiator that doesnt have the tubes expanding, i cant mount the shroud because of the tubes expanding.

i hve about 400~ total into my efan setup.

 

Then you should sell me the shroud since you beat me to jasonw ......lol.....

I odered the TCP kit last night. Cost more than I wanted, but shipping was free and I don't have to run all over to get pieces from different places. Trying to decide whether to paint it black before I install it.

So while watching baseball, I have been thinking about waht else I need to do ....after touch up on paint job...and decided I better order the HS rockers while I am thinking about it. Checked the website for Southeast, but they don't have the price listed. Anyone remember the name of the guy I should talk to? Was it John?
