E Fan and other work
I gave $351 including shipping. I found them cheaper, but from sellers that stated I need the guide plates as well. I put a lot more stock into the advice of members here that have done it than a guy selling producut on the internet.
Funny thing - while I was communicating with John Mercedes, I mentioned that I fot his contact infor form DF. Somehow, the e-fan thing came up. He told me that he would have sold me a kit at dealer cost. Damn....timing is everything! So I would advise anyone that is considering these to look at his website and see what else you may be interested in and see if he can hook you up with a deal on several items....and mention good things you've heard about his company on DF!

Repainted the bumper trim today after wrinkles in the paint yesterday and removing with reducer:

Sanded welds and edges on shroud pieces yesterday and sprayed them black today:

EDIT: So as I am kind of wandering around the garage feeling like crap (have to have a root canal done - but the pain killers are pretty good!) I was wondering what else I could be doing in the way of light work. And I realized that the bolts for the fan kit were not black....."were" is the opertive word here.....

You better slow down on all that work you're doing. The worst part of painkillers, is running out of things to fix/ clean/ paint/ tinker with. Idle hands are no fun, when you're running at light-speed.
With 2 more project cars in the back yard, and consideting picking up a 95 Dakota that is slick (but no engine) for about $400 to fix up and flip......running out of things to do is not too likely. Screwing something up and having to do reqork while on pain killers.....chances are better than even!
