Talking a little fun on the DYNO!!!

best run of the day @550 HP and 1100 lb.ft (in OD)..... but that was only at 40 psi of boost out of the normal 70-75 psi, and water/meth injection turned off.... enjoy

1100 ft/lbs! That enough to pull a house down! Lol +1 on a good looking truck!

Why didn't you run it with the water/meth injection? I heard that was supposed to add a few more ponies and make things fun a little cooler.

You run 70 psi as a norm? not really a diesel guy but that seems pretty high for a d.d.

mine runs 65psi on the street...

I normally have my fueling box turned down to economy mode for daily driving though, so I run 40-45psi for daily driving if I floor it.

all it takes is 2 pushes of a button though to hit 65psi...

@op: nice truck! good to see another diesel on here in the 500hp range

well the W/M was on, but didnt make a difference, i looked afterwards at my tank, witch is mounted in the tool box, to notice that it had moved and kinked the inlet to the pump, the system i have should be worth at least 100hp, as it is a 2 stage system with 3 large nozzles, and i run a bit of a hot mix at about 75% meth

yup, i run about 70 psi on the street, the head is o-ringed whth studs and a thicker marine gasket, so it is capable of quite a bit more and still b safe, but i do run a ported internal waste gate as well as a 38mm external waste gate to get the pressure that low, otherwise it would turn a 100 psi gauge inside out.

That's why I got into engineering years ago...breaking stuff is fun...as long as someone else has to pay for fixing it!
