That sounds like such an awesome deal man. Take it, you will find a way to make everything work. Wow I am wishing I could be in a situation like that. That's a real blessing.

That'll be just a wee bit of a climate shift.......
I got a close buddy in Louden TN, went and visited last thanksgiving, heading up again this summer with the lady. Sure is nice out there. You live anywhere near there?
