I want to part out my old truck since I've bought a new one and was wondering what some stuff was worth. its a1995 dodge ram 2500 light duty with the 5.9 360 with 175k on it i was wondering what the front axle assembly was worth the rear axle it was replaced once at 120k with a posi. i was also wondering how much the motor, trans, and tcase were worth.

 

I would think checking for similar items on craigslist in your area might give you an idea. If you have to ship, that would effect what it would be worth to someone.

I would live to pick up an extra engine and tranny, but shipping would define diminishing returns from the get-go!

 

Where at in michigan, and what color is your interior?

 

I'm going to start putting the tons of stuff I have for sale in the tech section.

Engine/trans are prolly worth just core prices... couple hundred each, maybe. Probably not even that for the trans, unless it has been rebuilt.

Front axle is a trussed D44. 2-3 hundred.
Rear is 9.25, with posi, prolly 3-5 hundred.

Something better than 3.55 gears will add another hundred to their value.

Heck, I KNEW it was gray interior.....There are NO other tan interiors other than mine left in captivity, and finding one being parted out with tan interior is like pigs flyiing....
