Default Steering wheel Knock

When I turn the wheel on my 2002 Ram 2500 it makes a knocking sound it doesnt do it all the time but it does and it sounds like its coming from inside the cab not outside any suggestions?

Default steering fix

I bought the ram steering wheel fix kit I got it today how hard is it to change?

Can be a pain.... I think there are instructions on the "fix" site.

The hardest part for me was installing the retainer ring to hold the bushing. No room to swing the hammer to tap it on.

I removed the steering column. It's not that hard believe it or not.

All you have to do is turn the S/wheel until it locks and remove the key. And have at it.
